Age Verification: zn777 employs age-verification checks during and after registration. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, the Account will be suspended until verification is completed. Each individual may hold only one Account on the zn777 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share access to your Account with any other person. zn777 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify zn777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can reach support via live chat or the Help Center email listed in Section 16 of these Terms.
KYC Verification: All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any Withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport) and, where requested, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of the request will result in Account restriction.
Deposits may be made using payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of your transaction. These may include, without limitation, digital wallet channels and bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users. Where referenced, payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are cited as commonly used Pakistan payment channels only — their mention does not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling or with zn777.
Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be reversed and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

By depositing, you confirm that the funds are not derived from criminal activity. zn777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to report suspicious transactions as required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals of real-money Account Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements) may be requested via the cashier, subject to the following conditions:

Where an Account is terminated for cause, any Balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breaches of these Terms may be forfeited. Balances derived from legitimate real-money deposits will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of any applicable investigation and KYC requirements, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not prejudice any rights or obligations that have arisen prior to the date of closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zn777 holds its operating licence. zn777 does not hold a Pakistani government licence and does not represent that use of the Service is lawful under Pakistani law.
In the event of any dispute between the User and zn777, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through the Platform's support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights.
zn777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users via their registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
